Hotel enquiry information (contact.html)

What we collect: hotel and hotel-group name, property address, contact name and role, email, telephone, room and floor counts, lift availability, current housekeeping arrangement, requested services, linen porter interest, preferred start date, and any additional notes you provide.

Why we collect it: to understand your property and prepare an initial response and, where appropriate, arrange a site assessment. Not used for any other purpose, and not sold or shared for marketing.

Intended recipients: Infinity Aura staff involved in reviewing hotel enquiries, and, once a form-connection method is chosen and approved (see documents/FORM_CONNECTION_PLAN.md), the third-party service that technically delivers the submission to us.

Provisional retention: not yet decided — a specific retention period (e.g. deleting enquiries that don't proceed after a set number of months) requires your approval and will be recorded here once set.

External form processor: still pending — no service has been connected yet. The processor ultimately chosen will be named here, along with where it stores data.

Lawful basis for processing: to be confirmed by a qualified adviser. This notice does not yet state a lawful basis (for example, it does not assert that consent is the basis) until that confirmation has been given.

Careers-interest information (careers.html)

What we collect: full name, email, telephone, preferred role, London area or borough, availability, a brief description of relevant experience, your self-declared right-to-work status, and an optional message. We do not collect, and this form does not permit uploading, a CV, passport, right-to-work document, National Insurance number, bank details, or medical or criminal-record information.

Why we collect it: to consider your expression of interest against current and upcoming roles and to get in touch if there is a suitable match. This is an initial expression of interest, not a full job application — formal document checks and verification happen later, through the private onboarding portal, never through this public form.

Intended recipients: Infinity Aura staff involved in recruitment, and, once a form-connection method is chosen and approved, the third-party service that technically delivers the submission to us.
