For hotel owners and managers

Clear service responsibility, property by property.

Infinity Aura manages its own employees and gives each hotel location a defined scope, operational setup and reporting structure. The same approach works for a single hotel or a group with several London properties.

How hotel groups are structured

The hotel client — a single hotel or a hotel group — is registered once. Every physical property is then set up as its own location underneath it.

  • One client account and central finance contact
  • Separate address, rooms and contacts for each property
  • Separate service schedule and charge rates per property
  • Separate rota, clocking and site documents per property
  • Consolidated reporting only for authorised users

Illustrative example only — not an existing Infinity Aura client.

Example: client / hotel group

A hypothetical hotel group used here only to illustrate the structure: one legal company, one billing profile, one master contract.

No accidental crossover between properties.

Planned access levels

These access levels describe the intended design of the future hotel portal. The portal itself has not been built yet — see the note below.

Hotel portal

Planned to show confirmed coverage, attendance, service reports, inspections and invoices for a hotel's authorised locations.

In development

Central group access

Planned so a regional or head-office user can view consolidated results across selected locations without changing local records.

In development

Local manager access

Planned so a hotel manager sees only their own property unless the client formally authorises wider access.
